Pathfinder is a software-as-a-service platform that allows organisations to create, manage, and share career progression frameworks. The Service includes features for building career ladders, defining competencies, and publishing frameworks for team access.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. Free plans may have limitations on features and usage.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms
• We may change our prices with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"), including career frameworks, roles, and competencies.

6.2 Licence to Us

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for Your Content and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pathfinder SaaS Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Privacy

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete Your Content within a reasonable time after termination unless legally required to retain it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
